Every project starts with a detailed Building Information Model (BIM). A coordinated 3D model lets us check design decisions, detect clashes and plan materials before work begins on site, so clients can see the result in advance and projects run with fewer errors and less rework.

Engineering Leadership
Kvolis Mitbahim LLC is founded and led by Olga Almazova, an engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the design of transport infrastructure, including the Russky Island Bridge. We bring the same engineering discipline and coordination to residential projects, with an individual approach to each client.
